Cupertino Library Foundation On-Line Learning Channel for Older Adults
Older adults are the fastest growing age group in our community, and the pandemic is particularly isolating and hard on seniors. It has amplified the need for virtual educational sessions and opportunity to socialize from the comfort and safety of their home. Recognizing these needs, Cupertino Library Foundation has partnered with San-Francisco based GetSetUp to provide free interactive online classes and workshops for older adults to get equipped with technology and stay connected. Classes are offered daily on more than 300 topics, and taught by retired educators or experts.
Learn how to use Zoom, use devices like smartphones, tablets, Alexa, etc., take Fitness and Wellness classes, interact with fellow hobbyists, acquire new skills, explore your creative side, and stay mentally and physically fit.
Join at your convenience from the comfort of your home using your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Tutorials and technical help are available by phone, email, and online chat.
All classes are FREE through July 2022, to adults 55 and older.
